For centuries, caravans carried spices, dried fruits and nuts from Asia to Anatolia and on to the world. Founded in Fatih — at the heart of that trade on Istanbul's historic peninsula — Asya Çerez takes its name and spirit from this deep-rooted tradition.
Today we walk the same road with the tools of modern trade: connecting Türkiye's hazelnuts, pistachios, apricots, figs and raisins with international buyers, and sourcing cashews, almonds, walnuts and dates from the world's best growing regions. Our goal is to make quality, transparency and on-time delivery standard on every order.
