Rio Minas is a natural (dry) processed arabica grown in Brazil's Minas Gerais state. Its full body, chocolate notes and low acidity at darker roasts make it the preferred base for Turkish coffee, Arabic coffee and espresso blends across Türkiye and the Middle East. We supply it as green (unroasted) beans in lots with stated screen size and defect grade.

- Defect grade stated on the New York scale: NY 2/3 and NY 3/4.
- Screen sizes 14, 16, 17 and 18; single-screen separation on request.
- 60 kg jute bags or 1,000 kg big bags; standard 20' container loading.
- Shipped as green (unroasted) beans only; roasting is done at the buyer's own facility.
Nutrition tables do not apply to green coffee. Moisture, defect count, screen size and cupping notes are shared in the product specification.

Storage conditions
- Store cool (0–10 °C), dry (RH < 65%) and away from light.
- Keep on pallets, off the floor and away from strong odours.
- Reseal opened packs airtight.
- Cold storage recommended for long-term holding.
