Quality

Quality, proven again with every lot

The control steps our products pass from origin to shipment.

Our Quality Policy

Food safety is not negotiable

The critical risks in nut and dried fruit trade are moisture, aflatoxin and foreign matter. We check each lot against the contract specification and do not ship non-conforming goods. We share results transparently and welcome independent surveyors (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, etc.) at loading.

  • Traceable lot code on every lot
  • Compliance with EU and destination regulations
  • Loading open to independent surveyors

Control Process

Six steps from source to container

  1. 01 Source selection

Producers are chosen by region, harvest, processing facility and past test results.

  2. 02 Pre-shipment sample

Colour, size, defect rate and taste are checked on samples before purchase.

  3. 03 Laboratory analysis

Moisture, aflatoxin (B1 and total), pesticide residues and microbiology tested in accredited labs.

  4. 04 Packing & labelling

Food-grade packaging with lot codes for traceability; labels compliant with destination rules.

  5. 05 Storage

Temperature- and humidity-controlled storage; cold storage where required.

  6. 06 Loading inspection

Final visual check, container cleanliness and photo loading report.
